Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or custom pieces (including bespoke Áo Dài) require 2–4 weeks production time before shipping. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders within Vietnam. International rates start at USD 20 for Asia, USD 25 for Oceania, USD 50 for Europe & the Americas, and USD 60 for the rest of the world, calculated at checkout by destination. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over USD 1,000.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Customs delays are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at vuanhtu@aucouture.vn with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipping cannot be guaranteed.
